Main Point:

SPECIFICATION:

1) Outside dimension: 7,006*5,560*3,400mm(L*W*H)

2) Inside dimension: 6,900*4,000*2,800mm(L*W*H)；

3) Basement: Semi downdraft. No basement. Air return from rear wall structure.

4) Main door: Sheet metal craft main door. Single open 3leafs folding door. Dimension: 3,000*2,600 mm (W*H)；

With 5mm tempering glass view windows. And Aluminum alloy big hinges.

5) Personal door: 1set, dimension: 650*2000mm (W*H), with pressure locks and tempering glass view windows.

6) Wallboards: Wallboards are 50mm thick EPS (epispastics polystyrene) panels, double-side with 0.426mm color

steel skins, Tongue & Groove Style. Anti-flame and Heat-Insulation. Roof Panels are made of 0.8mm galvanized

steel plates bending.

7) Light: Ceiling Lights: 8groups * 4pcs = 32pcs lights. No side light.

All lamps are 36W Philips brand lamps, with PAK brand one for two ballast. Light strength≥800 Lux.

8) Air intake and exhaust system:

Air cabinets are made of sprayed steel structures, double layer galvanized steel covers and inside filled by rock wool

protection materials.

Air intake fan: Adopt 2 sets 4kw double in big holes centrifuge fans. Model: YDW-4.5AL1. Single fan air capacity:

12,000m³/h. Total air capacity: 24,000m³/h.

Exhaust fan: 1 set 5.5Kw YDW-5.6S centrifuge fan. Air capacity: 15,000m3/h

9) Heating system: Adopt one set Italy Reillo G10 Diesel burner. Heating capacity: 100,000Kcal/h, with 10N Switzerland

original electric damper motor can automatically achieve from spraying to baking alternate. Adopt 2mm thick SUS304

stainless steel making heat exchanger, argon arc welding, equipped explosion-proof vent. Max temp.:80℃, heating

time: 6-8mins (20-60℃), fuel consumption: 6-8kg/vehicle.

10) Filtering system: Dual Filtering Structure, The Primary Filter Can Capture Granules Larger than 10 μm. Ceiling

Filter Capture Granules Bigger than 4μm. The Whole Purification System Has Capacity of Large Volume of Dust. It’s

Filtering Rate Reaches 98%. TSP≤1.4mg/m³. Ceiling filter meshes adopt C style structure, change filter more easily.

11) Control system: Turning buttons style, Main components are Siemens or Schneider brand. With Light Switch,

normal spray switch, constant temperature spray switch. Baking Switch, Emergency Stop, Breakdown Alarm, time

adding, time and temperature set switch and so on.

12) Total power: 15 Kw
